The first pressing (1 500 copies) of the Japanese CD-edition was housed in a vinyl coating gatefold sleeve. There was a second version of a vinyl replica released in 2005. This version had a small version of the LP-booklet and the poster that was included in the first 250 LP's.
The gatefold LP is since long sold out (1 000 copies pressed). The 250 first sold copies of the LP included a colour poster.
